My experience was outstanding. The office was clean and the staff awesome as they answered any questions I had. Dr. Ashley Ottmer explain everything from the x-rays to my treat ment process. I would most definitely recommend Accident and injury.
Dr. Marcum's first order of business was obtaining my medical records with MRIs since I had suffered from quite a few accidents and injuries. He helped me understand what was going on with my body and how the services I was given would help. Dr. Marcum always made sure to explain why I needed certain exercises and demonstrated how to do them as well. This place is one of the most remembered place I have been treated at . Dr. Ashley took the time to actually explain my injuries my treatment and now to this day after treating with her and Connie I feel better .
