Sam is a wonderful physical therapist. He has really helped me after my accident. He is very kind and patient and listens to me and modifies accordingly.

VERY CONSIDERATE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ENVIRONMENT WAS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND THE OFFICE SUPER CLEAN. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THE CARE I RECEIVED.
