This is a high quality, high service, value for money experience that is 5 star all the way through the process and the delivered product. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and courteous, what more would you ask for? The product is top quality and all four pieces we purchased are amazing. My wife and I could not be happier with the process, service and outcome. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Extremely pleased with the comfort and quality of the couch and chairs i bought.and couldn't ask for more knowledgeable and courteous people every time I went in. I even went back a fourth or fifth time to buy a trunk/table that everyone loves. Highly recommend the shopping experience.

The ordering process was fine and the delivery was good but I don't like the chair. The color is spotted and weird.. I should not have ordered anything that I didn't see in the store. The chair is also very hard. I thought I tried one in the store and it was soft and comfortable but this is very hard. My dog likes it and my husband says it's ok. I do sit up in it but I don't recline it. I bought a lazy boy chair earlier and it is soft so I use that one. The dog and my husband get the Arizona leather one
We had excellent service from the sales representative Raul . He was extremely helpful and answered all the questions we had. The delivery guy’s were very polite. We have bought numerous pieces of furniture from AZ Leather and always great quality.

Lisa Daylo assisted me. My friend Leslie Zoref recently purchased a leather couch like mine (which I bought from AZ Leather in 2008!). And I asked her if she'd ask Lisa about refilling my cushions which had become 'softer/less firm' over the years. Lisa took care of my order, had Rene come out and refill my cushions last week. All is well. Love my couch and so does my Standard Poodle! Thank you.
