RecommendedI have just completed the second of two deep cleanings with Kelsey. She was polite, professional, extremely competent and caring in her work. I could not have expected a more pleasant dental experience. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and his staff for all your dental needs.
Staff is very Friendly, Dr Nick is very nice and expects perfection.
I have been going to Aurora Dental for just over a year and each time myself or a family member goes in for an appointment the experience is amazing! For someone who experiences anxiety going to the dentist in the past, I can honestly say I enjoy going now. The office is very well run and the staff is so personal. I highly recommend Aurora Dental!
i had a few teeth pulled by one of the dentist at aurora. he also filled one and told me the filling failed and he would fix it on my next visit, well the next visit he told me i couldnt go to aurora dental care anymore that i had to find a new dentist plus he never fixed my tooth... so... i have a ruined filling on one of my teeth. im not impressed, my kids wont go back either. horrible customer service and a dentist that never should have the job he has. now ive gotta have a real filling put in my tooth and pay out of pock... read more

I will say that I always loved Dr. Nick. I moved with him when he switched practices because he always great with my anxiety and I thought they had my best interest in mind. Long story short; got Invisalign, used my one time only ortho insurance and paid out of pocket the rest of the cost, moved out of state and was told to find another ortho down in the state's and easily continue services, fought tooth and nail to get ahold of them to transfer records, finally got release but no services, have been told by 2 other orthodon... read more

Hi Joseph, We searched our records and you never visited our office. When we have a patient move out of state we send them a "transfer records form" so they can fill it out to have their records released. We send them via email so we can keep a good record for the patient and for our office. With all our Invisalign patients we always discuss traditional braces and recommend they visit an orthodontist too. I called for appt for 4 year old and they told me they could see her in two weeks to see what's wrong. Broken tooth needs filling replaced. Then she said treatment could not be done till end of March. Is this a Seinfeld episode? Never in my life have I heard such BS from a dentist office.

There has never been a time that we have not accommodated an emergency patient within 2 days. Actually, we offered you an appointment today and tomorrow as you stated your child was in pain. You declined to accept either of those appointments stating you weren't available any days other than Saturday. I will be using Aesthetic now that I know that Dr.Nick doesn’t value his staff, and treats them like dispensable pieces of property. I can get a proper cleaning anywhere. My business goes to the people who value the relationships they have with their clients and their staff. Aurora is not that place.
