We contacted Darius ************* at Baltic Home Improvements for help with reparation of a leaking shake roof on our garage. The original flashing had been inappropriately installed when the garage was built. He responded immediately to our call on a Friday, evaluated the situation, ordered materials and started work on Monday. Even though it was in the midst of winter, he and his associate repaired the water damage, replaced the flashing and re-shingled the roof in 48 hours. The roof was water tight during a severe rain storm right after this. Every scrap of debris was picked up and the garage litter swept up. Darius was very friendly and professional. Answered all questions. Work done in timely manner and well done. Really happy with his work. I strongly recommend Baltic. One minor issue indirectly related: Went with the financing offer Darius provided through EnerBank USA. Not so sure I would use them again, but definitely would use Baltic.

Baltic Home Improvements did a complete re-roofing with tear-off and new shingles on our two story house during the end of Summer 2015. Darius came to the house when agreed to review the work and promptly gave us a quote for the project. The quote was complete with any possible field conditions extras clearly stated. The work was performed when agreed with enough man-power to do it in a timely manner. They kept the site clean with a rubbish trailor on wheels that was temporarily placed in our driveway and removed within a day. We were in communication with Darius throughout and the work was done well, efficiently and to our satisfaction.

I couldn't be happier to have earned his business. He had wonderful ideas for the exterior of my home. He was very helpful with assisting me with selecting shingles for my roof. He always called me back within moments to assist me with every question I had. Everything was cared for and completed quickly. The owner of this company definitely has quite the passion for his work and works above and beyond for his clients!! I highly recommend this company.

Baltic did an excellent job on my roof. When I needed a new roof Baltic was the first contractor to estimate the job. I had 5 more contractors estimate the job and none of them were as professional, and knowledgeable as Baltic. The estimate from Baltic was the most competitive, in terms of price, quality of materials, and workmanship. My roof was a complicated job. I had several Mansards, valleys and intersecting planes. Some contractors would not estimate my roof because they did not want to deal with it or were going to charge over $1200 extra and use an inferior shingle.
