All of my children were patients here when Dr. Rashmi was practicing, and she was an excellent, caring dentist. Unfortunately, our recent visit with the new dentist was very disappointing. I brought my child in not for a cleaning, but because he had a visible cavity. Despite this, they went ahead with a cleaning and then informed me he would need a crown. I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE! For my appointments, we never wait long at all! The STAFF IS THE BEST ♡ The service is great, the dentist is great with my girls & always makes me laugh when I'm there. Going to the doctor's with 4 young kids is alot, but this office makes it a pleasant & EASY experience every time!
Amazing Doctor. Wonderful with my 1 year old son. Appointment on time, waiting area was quick. There's a small play room for the kids with a lot of books;very nice. The whole team was super nice and the dentist assistant was also amazing. Definitely coming back and recommend to other. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
Out was my kids first time here and they did such an amazing job. It was hard to find a pediatric dentist with my insurance. We finally found them. My boys do not like the dentist when they were done all three told everyone working we like it here. I love the staff they made my kids feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I’m happy we found them.
Everyone at the Staten Island location was polite & professional.The office is immaculate and cheerful. There was no long waiting and they fit my child in for an emergency. My child and I was spoken to about what needed to be done. My 9 year old was made comfortable and had zero pain. I thank the all of the staff for their service it was worth more than 5 stars.My child usually is nervous about the dentist but as she gets older I see that she is calmer and able to handle the situation.Thanks to the staff you are the best.
