My husband and I first visit at Beautiful Smiles with Dr. Williams was a wonderful experience. She was very on point with her exam. She was concerned with you underlining health conditions. Encourage you to stay on top of your health. Showed me ways to brush properly to improve plaque. I would truly recommend her services. Thank you so much for making me feel at ease. I left a review last year about my husbands experience with Dr. Williams, but unfortunately he has to receive replacement veneers (at no fault of his own), as one fell off again. We visited a reputable and professional dentist who will be replacing his veneers. They confirmed Dr. Williams work was poor and now we have to pay hundreds and possibly a couple thousand out of pocket again.
Dr. Williams and her staff are phenomenal! I’ve been receiving my dental care from here for years and I continue to go back because Dr. Williams is exceptional at what she does. She is personable, knowledgable and above all else caring. I’ve never been one to love going to the dentist until I sat in her chair. I have nothing but great things to say about Beautiful Smiles and will continue to recommend everyone I know to this business.
I really like Dr Williams. My check ups here are always quick and efficient. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. Her and her staff are always friendly and very helpful. My dental hygienist gives good tips on how to keep my oral hygiene on point. I'm happy I've found this place. I pray Dr Williams and her staff continues to deliver excellent patient care.
I am a new customer, of Dr. Williams, and her hygienist and she have provided outstanding customer service and support to me. I had a temporary crown that broke, after a week, and they immediately made arrangements for me to get it repaired. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, with the receptionist (Melissa), who doesn't demonstrate good telephone etiquette by not identifying herself when answering the telephone.
