Absolutely unprofessional and toxic environment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The office is run like a gossip circle, not a healthcare practice. On two separate visits, I overheard the "office manager" loudly badmouthing other employees -- once to the dentist's wife, and another time to someone at the front desk -- all while I was sitting in the waiting room. I had a great experience! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and confirmed my insurance information. Briana was my hygienist and was very thorough. Extremely courteous as she knew it had been awhile since visiting the dentist! Dr. Crump came in and explained my next steps with my teeth. Highly recommend him and his team! Paul B.

Boise family dental care is Awesome . They are a wonderful group of people. There receptionist is wonderful Marci Is a lifesaver when it comes to appointments. I thank Dr. Crump for attending to me when I was in pain and got me feeling better. This dental office is kind and caring group of people you can trust. Thank you for taking me as your patient .

I actually love coming here. From the moment you walk in it just feels like a calm, comfortable environment. The entire staff is just the sweetest and does the most to comfort their patients. Took my 6 year old for the first time and he did so great than what i imagined what was going to happen. Thanks to the assistant and dr. So thank you!

When I first started going to Boise Family Dental, I thought they were exceptional! However, as time went on and life unfolded, my experience changed. Recently, I scheduled multiple procedures over a couple of weeks and was excited about my appointments. My first appointment went well; the dentist, assistants, and techs were amazing, which led me to trust that the front desk staff would also be reliable, respectful, and professional.
