Came in spontaneously on Sunday 12/1/24 for my daughter’s first ever eye exam. Each staff member was so attentive, warm, & made the process very smooth for my daughter. Doc was all that & straight forward, love that. Thanks everyone!
Caruso eye center in Target is in my opinion a great place to get your eye care needs. Made my appointment online, received several emails to inform me of upcoming appointment. Center was busy, but well organized. Checked in , updated online form. Was taken quickly. Although felt a bit cramped in the front of the office, the exam room was big.. Dr. Butt's was personable, professional , and through in his approach.. I definitely would recommend this office. Prices with my insurance were comfortable and worth price I paid.
Great service! They took me as a walk-in, patiently explained everything, and even showed me pictures of my optic nerves. They are very friendly and professional. You will feel well cared for here.
I had the experience at Caruso Eye Care. The ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable and advised the front desk about what I needed at the end of the visit. From there the front desk young lady Tiffany was also amazing! I will be going back to this location in the future.
Not such a great experience. I have been a patient for many years normally I would schedule my eye appointment with Dr. Nodland. Due to my schedule I decided to make an appointment with the other Dr. that works there. I was not to happy with the exam. It felt as if she rushed and did not take the time to answer my questions. I have underlying medical issues which require for me to get my vision checked yearly.
