I wish I could have had the experience others have had with this office. I am on my third sleep appliance. The first two broke due to my teeth grinding (which is noted on my records). I was told my third appliance would be stronger to counteract my excessive teeth grinding. Unfortunately when the replacement arrived, it couldn’t be fitted into my mouth unless I unhinged my jaw. Great team effort! Caryn and Rosa providing wonderful customer service up front. Wanda took great care of me and answered all my questions before doctor came in. Truthfully I was a little bummed out because Dr. Frank Angus retired earlier in the year. But Dr. Webb came in and wowed me with his knowledge of things. Helped lay out a plan moving forward and all is well!!
Rude receptionist. I drove 2 hours to get to this appointment and I was late. I was advised that I needed to reschedule my appointment due to I was late. I understood, but don’t tell me I can’t pick up my $2500 appliance that I had already paid for a month ago. The receptionist is gonna tell me it doesn’t work like that. I get there and no other people were there being waited on! I am not a child!! I never went through this craziness with the dentist that was here before!
The office is very attentive and prompt in greeting patients The Nurses are very knowledgeable and answer questions very effectively Dr Angus, who established the practice, retired. Dr Webb is new and he’s stepped in and providing the same level of care as Dr Angus
Nurse Wanda was delightful, as usual. Dr. Webb is pleasant and very professional. The equipment used is up to date and easier on the patient than most places. I enjoyed my consult for its matter of factness, educational benefits, and brevity. A very good experience.
