Welcoming environment, friendly staff, and a wonderful Dr! Dr. Doug was so nice and attentive throughout the exam, ensuring I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing and why. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Shannon was also wonderful getting my Xrays and explained everything so well. I had a wonderful experience at the Center of Sleep and TMJ. The environment was clean, calm, and very welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The technician I had today was absolutely fabulous. He actually listened to what I had to say. My appliance was brought in a couple weeks ago to get fixed. Needless to say it did not get fixed. But they are kind enough to order me a brand new one. The technician scanned my mouth again to make sure everything would fit perfect. That's the first time anybody tried to do that and I'm very grateful for it. Sad thing is I have to wait almost 2 months in order to get my new appliance.

Where do I start...? From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and explained what I could expect from and during the appointment. I was brought back to the treatment room and gleefully acknowledged along the way by numerous employees. The Dental Assistants were very professional and knowledgeable and did everything to ensure my comfort and safety. Every step of my process, from the consultation, the fitting and follow up has been great! Everyone there is as friendly and accommodating as possible. Spending the money was concerning, gambling that it would work, but I have no regrets what so ever!
