Welcoming environment, friendly staff, and a wonderful Dr! Dr. Doug was so nice and attentive throughout the exam, ensuring I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing and why. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Shannon was also wonderful getting my Xrays and explained everything so well. Where do I start...? From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and explained what I could expect from and during the appointment. I was brought back to the treatment room and gleefully acknowledged along the way by numerous employees. The Dental Assistants were very professional and knowledgeable and did everything to ensure my comfort and safety. Every step of my process, from the consultation, the fitting and follow up has been great! Everyone there is as friendly and accommodating as possible. Spending the money was concerning, gambling that it would work, but I have no regrets what so ever!
Super great experience! Coming from someone who has an aversion to dental offices, that means a lot. The technology they use makes it an even more pleasant experience. I love the first name basis office. Even the doctor introduced himself to me as Brian. The nurses use headsets to communicate with one another so they don’t have to keep getting up and leaving the office, saves them time which saves you time! Eric was amazing! Did a great job. Super friendly. Didn't ask questions with his fingers in my mouth (the worst part of any dental procedure). 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
