Dr Bill and his staff are very kind and put you at ease. Dr Bill has a sense of humor which helps when you're nervous. The whole staff really tries to accommodate you. Even when you have to change your appt. Make sure you call ahead and very kindly rescheduled my appointment. Everyone really try and help with whatever is going on. They also try and help on finances. Don't wait until you're old like me. Go to this dentist and get your teeth checked out. So important and no fears here. I am so happy I switched to this office! My experience has been so positive, the staff is warm and welcoming and friendly and kind, they seem genuinely interested in there clients. The person who did my cleaning was very thorough and good I knew that I walked out with clean teeth and that's always my goal! Great office, cannot appreciate the staff and the dentist is wonderful!! From a person who's had lots of mouth and teeth issues It's nice to find a place that you feel seen, heard, and taken care of.
Dr. Bill is great at what he does. Partials for the most part fit good, but the upper plate has space between it and my upper pallet which he says we can correct by making a new mold but overall the experience was great even though I probably wasn’t the best patient.🤣 Definitely recommend people to this office and especially Dr. Bill
Dr. Bill and all his staff are wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door, everything was professional, personable, and easy. They take time to talk with you about any issues you have, and then thoroughly explain everything they do. Great office with a light, comfortable, and fun atmosphere.
This was my 1st visit after two cancelations at another location due to a power outage. I called them early Saturday morning and they had an opening and I took it. I went in, filled out paperwork and then met with the dentist to explain what I was going through, which was a first. Then I was taken to the back had x-rays taken and dentist came in, did his thing and I am feeling much better than when I went in. He did compliment me on my teeth.
