Dr Bill and his staff are very kind and put you at ease. Dr Bill has a sense of humor which helps when you're nervous. The whole staff really tries to accommodate you. Even when you have to change your appt. Make sure you call ahead and very kindly rescheduled my appointment. Everyone really try and help with whatever is going on. They also try and help on finances. Don't wait until you're old like me. Go to this dentist and get your teeth checked out. So important and no fears here. Best dental office yet. Music themed with guitars on the walls, staff was very enthusiastic, friendly and great with the kids but also very professional.
I really appreciate the initial face to face, sit down that Dr. Nevin does with his patients. What a great way to put you at ease and make you feel that he not only cares, but is ready to listen to what is going on with you. He is very laid back and personable and so is his team. I’ll definitely be back.
Dr Bill McGlashan was great and made me feel at ease despite me having a bit of anxiety at the dentist. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everybody just seemed very genuine and friendly.
I am absolutely delighted with the care provided by Dr. Phill and his staff. I had a dental issue that was initially thought to require a crown. I greatly appreciate Dr. Phill's approach, as he resolved the issue without a crown, and I left feeling much better, no longer biting my tongue or cheek. It was a simple solution. He is very kind and listens with compassion, and I appreciate that he does not seem to be motivated by financial gain. His staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
