About 3 months ago, I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here. On the first day of recovery, my suture fell out as if it hadn't been tightened at all. I bled so much, even in my sleep, that I was throwing up blood. 1 week post-surgery, I went in for my "follow-up." They sat me down and said "Okay... looks like we're doing a cleaning and 5 fillings." I know that I do not need 5 fillings, let alone 1 week after surgery (I was still swollen). Dr. Williams was wonderful! And his assistant Bre was amazing as well. I'm a big baby when it comes to the dentist and she made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. She held my hand and everything and was incredibly kind and warm hearted. These two made my experience alot better and actually changed my mind about coming back to finish the work I need done. Thank you guys so very much! :)
Just another miserable experience with this office, they’re so bad from receptionist to dentist alike that they fraudently have charged my insurance now. Started a root canal and mangled my root so bad they couldn’t even continue and had to stop the procedure due to bleeding. SO ALL HE DID WAS PUT A HOLE IN MY TOOTH AND CHARGED FOR A ROOT CANAL. Im sorry for all this trouble but you shouldn’t even be a dentist.. the simple filling you did is now blocking a nerve and I have to have it completely redone and root canal as well.... read more
