So about 6 months ago I went into this office and got a tooth pulled. Then I went back to get another tooth pulled. Then. I went back again to get a deep cleaning, and I believe 5 or 6 fillings.. In all these visits, all the time in there, all the work done, the issue I was having with insurance (my issue not theirs), all the people I interacted with, from receptionist to nurses to the doctor to the lady’s who helped me with the paperwork, I was treated with nothing shy of respect and professionalism. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Than is by far the best dentist I have ever been with. His professionalism and knowledge are top notch. Dr. Than is excellent teacher as well. Always explaining to his assistants the procedure and educating them to become better. What an excellent Doctor.
Lazy. I called to provide my dental insurance information and waited for confirmation. Couple of days passed and I didn’t hear anything so I called to see what was going on. The person that picked up said they had no record of my insurance information I had provided. I gave them my insurance info again. After finally receiving an estimate, I decided to take out an additional dental insurance to help cover costs. I called and provided the information. Dr. Than indicated multiple cavities. Went to get a second opinion and they said only 1 cavity. Took my son in to Dr. Than and said he needed over $10k of work. Received a second opinion and it was less than $5k and a completely different diagnosis. Bottom line: trust your gut if you feel you are getting ripped off!
Everyone here is kind and accepting, and professional at what they do. They came up with a plan to fix my teeth and I am so grateful! Best dental experience I have ever had
