We had a couple of awful experiences here and I will no longer be coming here. The first experience I had one of the dental assistants come from behind the door and shout into the lobby all of my son’s private information and treatment options she was maybe in her late 20s long brownish reddish hair. So about 6 months ago I went into this office and got a tooth pulled. Then I went back to get another tooth pulled. Then. I went back again to get a deep cleaning, and I believe 5 or 6 fillings.. In all these visits, all the time in there, all the work done, the issue I was having with insurance (my issue not theirs), all the people I interacted with, from receptionist to nurses to the doctor to the lady’s who helped me with the paperwork, I was treated with nothing shy of respect and professionalism. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Than is by far the best dentist I have ever been with. His professionalism and knowledge are top notch. Dr. Than is excellent teacher as well. Always explaining to his assistants the procedure and educating them to become better. What an excellent Doctor.
Dr. Jason Heintz was the dentist I saw here until he moved out of state. He was great so I assumed the other dentists here probably were too. I saw Dr. Philpott for a cleaning and spent more than two hours there because he was going between me and another patient in the room next door. I saw Dr. Rojohn after that and she went so fast with the ultrasonic scaler on me that I don’t think any of my teeth actually got cleaned.
