Two years ago my wife had a treatment here. They stated they took our insurance. They set my wife up with a dentist that was out of network and we were charged significantly more than we should have been. We found this out two years later when we received a bill and a notice that we were sent to collections. They stated that our insurance was hard to work with. When I spoke with my insurance company they stated that Comfort Dental didn't charge us correctly.
Every time I go to this Comfort Dental I have the most pleasant time. The technicians are so kind and cheerful. They are working so hard, yet they have time to be personable and lovely. The doctors are always doing many things at one time, but again, are quick, kind and skilled. They are not rushed when they see you, they are precise and efficient.
Everyone was very kind, caring, efficient, and professional. Aiden was very gentle when taking my x-rays. Dr Than was very knowledgeable and skilled. He was straightforward and let me know the work that needed to be done. It was a pleasant experience.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my honest experience so others can make an informed decision. I came in as a new patient to establish care. During my first visit, the dental assistant immediately began taking X-rays even after I explained that I had recent X-rays completed at another office just a couple of months prior. I’ve been coming here for years, and every visit reminds me why I love this office. Dr. Thanh is incredibly efficient and always takes the time to talk me through everything he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and what the next steps will be. I recently came in for a deep cleaning and didn’t experience any discomfort or pain at all, which truly shows his skill and attentiveness.
