I had a deep cleaning performed by Dr. Todd Hamilton and an assistant (sorry I can't remember her name). They were efficient and fast. I was there for all of 40 minutes, including wait time, numbing of my entire right side and procedure. I was like, "That's it? All finished?" Wow! High five! I happily recommend Comfort Dental, staff and Dr. Hamilton.

The dental hygienist I worked with made me feel very relaxed and comfortable which is very rare for me. Doctor Yeats is a rare gem, very gentle and caring! I wish I was able to work the hygienist and Dr, Yeats every time.

Have not been impressed with the way this business is ran over the years. The dentist is the only one worth anything. Whoever answers the phones needs to learn proper customer service etiquete. Always rude and seemingly unprofessional. They seem to not have their ducks in a row by making patients wait upwards of 30 Minutes past the scheduled appointment Time. Heard great things about Dr. Yates, but unfortunately the receptionist was so cold and rude when I called for information that I wasn’t able to book an appointment. This is all very new to me, and she treated me like I was stupid for not having the right questions ready to ask. I did not feel informed or comfortable throughout any of the inquiry process and I am very disappointed in how my attempt at becoming a new patient was handled.
