Doc Eich is my favorite Dr. I’ve ever had. My stomach drops thinking about dental work on my teeth. I get very anxious. When I got a filling i just about passed out. But let me tell you Doc Eich stopped and just let me breathe. He was very comforting. He’s so beyond down to earth and really cares about humans and treats you like friends and family are meant to be treated. I had a deep cleaning performed by Dr. Todd Hamilton and an assistant (sorry I can't remember her name). They were efficient and fast. I was there for all of 40 minutes, including wait time, numbing of my entire right side and procedure. I was like, "That's it? All finished?" Wow! High five! I happily recommend Comfort Dental, staff and Dr. Hamilton.
Have not been impressed with the way this business is ran over the years. The dentist is the only one worth anything. Whoever answers the phones needs to learn proper customer service etiquete. Always rude and seemingly unprofessional. They seem to not have their ducks in a row by making patients wait upwards of 30 Minutes past the scheduled appointment Time. Dr. Eich is a world-class dentist with incredible integrity. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and caring. He truly makes going to the dentist, which can be nerve-racking at times, feel easy and comfortable.
All went very well. Dr. Eich is personable and professional. The dental assistant (I think called Maya) was also very pleasant and professional. I would recommend Comfort Dental.
