Went in for my last appointment and they scheduled me 9/1, I asked at that time if they were sure they’d be open and she said yes. Soon as I leave I get a voicemail that I need to reschedule bc their office will be closed. I’ve left them over 10 messages to just put me for whichever Monday at the BS office in the morning and send me an appointment reminder. This was in AUGUST. This place has THE WORST customer service that i’ve seen IN MY LIFE. From the receptionists to the doctors, I have yet to even have ANYTHING resembling basic human respect. Absolutely awful place and I urge everyone to go somewhere else, AT ALL COSTS.
Customer service at this location is not great. Tried to reschedule an appointment. Left 3 voicemails and zero call back. Drove to location when it said open and there was a sign on the door saying “Closed.” Thought it had permanently closed. Fourth time I call and get a hold of someone and ask why I had not heard, only got excuses and no apology or ownership. We have had nothing but issues with this particular comfort dental! The orthodontic side! They never answer the phone, retun calls or emails. They have cancelled appointments and then havent had any replacement appointments within a reasonable time frame. Today my daughter was told she was getting her braces off.. when we got there at1:15 the receptionist was completely rude and said well we are on lunch you will need to come back at 1:30p . The receptionist just hides in the back and just talks most of the time. And when you finally get seen she is rude and takes forever. I waited 55 minutes past my appointment time. And a 30 dollar cancelation fee? Ha! I walked out after 55 minutes and Won't be coming back to a comfort dental
