My dental appointments have been great, love my dentist. its the phone system thats really causing me problems here. the new AI assistant is annoying and wont do what you ask of it, and wont send me to receptionist or whoever answers the phones. i kept getting redirected to the option of choosing ortho or general dentistry every time i asked for a person i could speak to to try and schedule an appointment to fix my fillings so now i have to find a time to do a walk in.

I’m normally so nervous to go to the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. Shoutout to Jenny she was nice, and made sure I was okay throughout the process! Dr. Marcus was great as well and answered all my questions😊

I would like to say that comfort dental on Truman corners Grandview, Missouri is one of the best dental offices that I have visited ever I would like to say that their staff Taylor Peterson, and the dentist that worked on my mouth, Maurice What’s the best I would like to thank their staff for all the things that they had helped me with to further surgery options thank you again comfort dental, Taylor, Peterson, and Maurice. Thank you again.

I’ve already noticed a real difference in my smile. Appointments are quick, the office is clean, and they genuinely care about your progress. What I appreciate most is how they make the whole experience feel easy and stress-free, even when I had questions or needed small adjustments. Oh and I also want to say I appreciate Mya she is very nice and gets me right everytime, makes me feel better about my smile!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Made a 9am appointment waited over an HOUR before I was even seen. Sat in the chair while multiple people walked back and forth tons of people in the lobby and no patients in chairs, people asking who was going to take who. Finally someone was able to assist me started applying composite only to tell me that they could not complete the service because I needed a retainer when the entire point of my visit was due to the fact that my retainer had cracked and broke.
