I love this place. They've handled my kid's braces for almost two years now and done a great job. They have also helped me out so much with my teeth and did so many things I didn't know they could for me with crappy insurance. Also, they do accept Medicaid and treat Medicaid patients as well as any other. Today they were dealing with a super difficult and demanding patient and handled it way better than I would have. The Dental assistant was rude and thought she could talk down to me. She needs to be held accountable for her unprofessional attitude. I will never send anyone there to that comfort dental. It was a waste of time and being treated they I was treated was not even worth the gas it took to get there. Do you hear me. Assistant do you hear me thats what you said to me when I was asking valid questions. I heard you loud and clear and I left there feeling verbally abused and unheard. If I could give this place a zero stars, I would these guys are completely heartless. Got a tooth filling that I paid a lot of money for which started causing me jaw pain went in to get it fixed. They saw it down a little bit. Sent me on my way didn’t fix the problem. Tried to go back and have them adjust the tooth. However they refused to help me said they would give me a referral for TMJ. I do not have TMJ when I ask them what they would charge me to just pull the tooth out. They want to charge me $300. On top of the money... read more

Just walking in the front door for my appointment and the woman who was supposed to help me turned out to be very rude to me. She told me I was "Early and that I would have to schedule a new appointment"????? This confused me so I figured I would wait but she was very pushy to get me out the door. Turns out I got the time mixed up and I was twenty minutes late. Most the time a rep will see. If they can still get me into the appointment but not her she just wanted me out the door. Very disrespectful

I am terrified of going to the dentist and tend to put it off as long as I possibly can. The staff here put me at ease from when I first walked in the door. The dental assistant I had was wonderful and understanding of my fears. Although I have multiple visits left to go to, I am comforted knowing the kind staff will be there through the whole process for me.
