I thought this place was fine in the beginning. I understand people are not perfect and make mistakes even, I got a root canal done and since this office messed up on one of the roots of the tooth I have to get surgery. that’s not the big thing either but all of it is expensive. I feel like dentists have a bad wrap. But every time I have gone to this comfort dental they have went above and beyond their service to do any procedure. No matter how small or big and how much of a big deal I make it, they always get me to feel comfortable during something that's scary for me
I appreciate their knowledge, honesty, promptness, and willingness to help. They took time to hear my concerns, option within my wants but still effectively communicated the why behind their advisement to alternative which really helped. Seeded a new patient today you guys. Above and beyond service and exceptional personalities in the office from reception to the doctor himself. Thank you!
My experience at comfort dental this morning was very professional and kindness. I encounter with three ladies ( front window, dentist and billing) all expressed positive thoughts. Thank you for all the help and support this morning.
I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Every single root canal I had done at Comfort Dental has failed. I’ve spent more time in pain and more money fixing their shitty work than I ever did on the original procedures. I finally had to find a “real” dentist to go in and repair the mess they left behind. 6 new root canals and caps, including fixing the four they already did and failed.
