I have anxiety like you wouldn't believe at the dentist. I was very rough on my teeth when I was younger and have spent years trying to make up for that. That being said, I was seeing a dentist for a long time in Loveland. My last three visits there were beyond strange, I was misdiagnosed twice, and the third visit the dentist couldn't figure out what was wrong. Within weeks my gums were deteriorating. I love this place. They've handled my kid's braces for almost two years now and done a great job. They have also helped me out so much with my teeth and did so many things I didn't know they could for me with crappy insurance. Also, they do accept Medicaid and treat Medicaid patients as well as any other.

Just walking in the front door for my appointment and the woman who was supposed to help me turned out to be very rude to me. She told me I was "Early and that I would have to schedule a new appointment"????? This confused me so I figured I would wait but she was very pushy to get me out the door. Turns out I got the time mixed up and I was twenty minutes late. Most the time a rep will see. If they can still get me into the appointment but not her she just wanted me out the door. Very disrespectful

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would these guys are completely heartless. Got a tooth filling that I paid a lot of money for which started causing me jaw pain went in to get it fixed. They saw it down a little bit. Sent me on my way didn’t fix the problem. Tried to go back and have them adjust the tooth. However they refused to help me said they would give me a referral for TMJ. I do not have TMJ when I ask them what they would charge me to just pull the tooth out. They want to charge me $300. On top of the money... read more

Great experience, staff was very helpful and patient when explaining their services. The Dentist was very caring and professional. We are very happy with our first visit.
