By for the worst Comfort Dental/Dental practice I have ever been to. Wasted a hour of my time. Customer service was horrible! Receptionist was rude and had a nasty attitude. Wasn’t the cleanest And tried to charge me for cleaning when I have full coverage. If you’re looking to go to a Comfort Dental that cares about their patients and treating you fairly, please go to the one in Windsor. They are the best.

I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Every single root canal I had done at Comfort Dental has failed. I’ve spent more time in pain and more money fixing their shitty work than I ever did on the original procedures. I appreciate their knowledge, honesty, promptness, and willingness to help. They took time to hear my concerns, option within my wants but still effectively communicated the why behind their advisement to alternative which really helped. Seeded a new patient today you guys. Above and beyond service and exceptional personalities in the office from reception to the doctor himself. Thank you!

Not sure if it was a system glitch or what but I scheduled an appointment at this location for 330 in the afternoon… I scheduled online like done before… and when I showed up, door was locked. I live 2.5 hours away and drove to the university location for that appointment. No call about rescheduling, no note on the door explaining why they were closed.. sure glad Greeley has more than one dentist office. Didn’t completely waste my time.

I thought this place was fine in the beginning. I understand people are not perfect and make mistakes even, I got a root canal done and since this office messed up on one of the roots of the tooth I have to get surgery. that’s not the big thing either but all of it is expensive. Paying for someone else mess up can be hard but that’s not even my biggest concern. The last appointment they couldn’t kick me out of the door fast enough. I’m like I’m in pain and need help. They tapped on my teeth said it was the one they did, went... read more
