By for the worst Comfort Dental/Dental practice I have ever been to. Wasted a hour of my time. Customer service was horrible! Receptionist was rude and had a nasty attitude. Wasn’t the cleanest And tried to charge me for cleaning when I have full coverage. If you’re looking to go to a Comfort Dental that cares about their patients and treating you fairly, please go to the one in Windsor. They are the best.
This place has been absolutely incredible to me. They get me in almost immediately when needed and have the sweetest staff ever. Ive even come in 30 minutes early a couple times and they got me in early instead of being irritated I showed up ahead of time. Thank you so much.
I feel like dentists have a bad wrap. But every time I have gone to this comfort dental they have went above and beyond their service to do any procedure. No matter how small or big and how much of a big deal I make it, they always get me to feel comfortable during something that's scary for me
I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Every single root canal I had done at Comfort Dental has failed. I’ve spent more time in pain and more money fixing their shitty work than I ever did on the original procedures. I finally had to find a “real” dentist to go in and repair the mess they left behind. 6 new root canals and caps, including fixing the four they already did and failed.
