Melanie was absolutely amazing! We are out of town and had a wire stabbing my little girl's cheek. We went in for less than 5 mins and she had us back on the road. She Was so sweet and knowledgeable. Can't thank her enough.
Dr Staci is the best! He makes you feel so comfortable and his staff is amazing! We love the atmosphere of the office with the extra furry staff!
We haven't had the greatest experience here. This is our first time at an orthodontist, and we brought our son here. The original plan has veered quite a bit from what was originally discussed. That's generally okay, if they communicate it, but it was not discussed until the next phase of treatment, blindsiding my wife and I. The process is taking much longer than we were told it would.
