It genuinely pains me to have to write this review. Dr. Staci has taken great care of me in the past—he handled my braces three years ago, and I’ve been out of treatment for a year now. He also treated my oldest daughter for the past two years, and she had her braces removed today (12/2). When my daughter began treatment in 2023, she was covered by Medicaid. Zero, I would not recommend this orthodontist ever. We paid him thousands of dollars to straighten our childs teeth, only to have them go crooked again. This office provided us with the most cheap retainer ever and (i have asked other parents that have taken their children to other Othos, this is not the same cheap retainer everwhere). The retainer was so thin and brittle that my childs bite broke it in the first week of receiving it. Melanie was absolutely amazing! We are out of town and had a wire stabbing my little girl's cheek. We went in for less than 5 mins and she had us back on the road. She Was so sweet and knowledgeable. Can't thank her enough.
I went today to get a consultation and get braces and the whole team there is so amazing and helped me out and were definitely so kind! Doctor Stasi is so kind and amazing as well! Thank you for all your hard work. I got to meet the dogs there as well and they definitely helped me a lot with the anxiety I had before going in. I left super happy and satisfied. 😊
