Happened when I was 16, over a decade ago now, but this place was intentionally leaving my braces on just so they could charge my family more. We didn't have insurance so all of this was coming out of pocket at the time. It genuinely pains me to have to write this review. Dr. Staci has taken great care of me in the past—he handled my braces three years ago, and I’ve been out of treatment for a year now. He also treated my oldest daughter for the past two years, and she had her braces removed today (12/2). When my daughter began treatment in 2023, she was covered by Medicaid. At her last appointment in June 2025, I was told—for the first time—that she had been switched to CHIP+ and that I was suddenly three months behind on payments. This wa... read more
Wonderful experience! Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They all know what they are doing and you don’t worry that anything will go wrong. They also work pretty quickly (as quickly as braces can be of course). You can tell that they aren’t trying to waste your time and make sure everything gets fixed as it should be. Dr. Stasi and his staff are truly remarkable. They all remember the small details (as well as the big ones) about your care.
