On my first visit I found that it seems everyone there was happy with their job. The attitude from everyone I dealt with was friendly and upbeat...helpful. After my new dentures came in I needed to go for a proper fitting...Alex the technician laid the groundwork with some modifications and let me know to return in one week. The Comfort Dental on Lomas is amazing! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. My appointments are always on time. They treat me with great care as a patient and person. This has been my dental office for 10 years and I do not plan on changing. Dr Matthew always listens and takes extra special care and time!
Had 4 extractions today. I informed the doctor I was resistant to anesthesia and he took that into consideration when numbing me up. He made sure I was completely numb before he started pulling and that I was completely comfortable the whole time. The assistant was very helpful and well, reassuring me that there would be no pain and that they would stop if I needed them to. Everything was clean and tidy. All of the staff were professional and helpful. I was able to get a same-day appointment for an extraction (which was a nice surprise!). I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen ASAP. They got me back quickly and started my exam right away. Alex and Dr. Anthony ensured that I was pain-free and comfortable during the entire procedure. They explained the process all the way through, so I knew what to expect. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Elizabeth, Alex and her staff. I came in an emotional mess and in a lot of pain due to issues with previous dental work. They got me in immediately and treated me with such compassion and professionalism. They truly listened and understood the situation during the assessment. I’m incredibly thankful for their care and support — it made all the difference.
