From day one, this office has been such a great experience! The front desk team is incredibly friendly and always so helpful — whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering billing questions, or handling any random thing that pops up. Overall it was a good experience and affordable and friendly but scheduling was difficult. We always had to schedule out several weeks longer than the recommended next appointment because nothing was available and we were not allowed to schedule for future months. We also consistently waited 15-20 minutes in the waiting room for each appointment. So, the ultimate results were good, it was affordable, and the staff of friendly but scheduling and wait times were challenging and, at times, frustrating.
We love the energy of the whole office always high energy! Iris is always gentle and caring with every pt she has!
Dr Holberg has been amazing. I checked out three orthodontist offices in longmont before deciding on Comfort Dental. Aside from being over half the price as a private practice- even with insurance, the service has been excellent! Payments really are $99 compared to the quoted $250-$350 at other locations. He is always in such a good mood and same goes for all the staff. It’s always so friendly and positive in the office!
I love this place so much. They are all so sweet and took such good care of me! They explained every step to me throughout my braces journey and not that I would ever want braces again I would definitely choose them if I did. I love my teeth and how much of a family they are together!
