Staff is not helpful or friendly and they way over charge. I was charged $500! To just simply glue a wire on my permanent retainer down. It broke on the other side less than a few months later and I was then quoted $700 to have it removed and replaced. I should have been told it was only a little more to have it fixed properly the first time. I called around and found a place willing to remove the one I have for FREE Not charge me $150. (This post was intended for the dentists not orthodontist) My wife went to Comfort Dental for a simple routine cleaning, but the doctor insisted that some stains were cavities. There were no detectable cavities as no decay was visible in the x-ray. Nor did anyone test each tooth with an explorer tool to see if it stuck in the areas of suspected cavities. Dr Diemer took great care of my daughter and would always work us in with my very busy work schedule. Her teeth are beautiful now and I recommend Dr Diemer to anyone needing braces!
