I had an amazing experience getting my braces here. Dr Cook is the best!!! From the very first visit, the staff was friendly, patient, and professional. They explained every step of the process clearly and always made sure I was comfortable. The orthodontist truly cares about their patients and your overall dental health. I’m so happy to continue my orthodontics care with them & would absolutely recommend this office to anyone considering dental care or braces.
I had a family member with severe pain from a wisdom tooth. It was a Saturday and I was trying to find a local dentist that could see us at 11am. I walked into another location in Rockwall and they turned us away. They said the soonest they could see him would be Monday afternoon. We then called this location and they told us to come in. 1st visit and the staff was great. The dental assistant was very thorough and informative. The appointment was on time and moved along without any delay. The dentist was also good and easy to talk to. He listened well and considered what was being discussed to implement the best plan for treatment. My experience was amazing. I had literally no pain at all. The hygienist was great, did an amazing job on my cleaning. The entire staff is great, friendly and very helpful. Thank you comfort dental for amazing service.
I had not been to a dentist in over 30 years and decided to try Comfort Dental and the dentist Dr. Carson Lackey met with me in his office and told me what his business was all about and what he could do for me so I decided to schedule some appointments and have some work done on my teeth . Being over 55 this has become very important in my life. Since then I have had several exams, my teeth cleaned and a root canal. Everything has been amazing and I am glad I came by to be a patient at Comfort Dental.
