Very disappointing service for my daughter’s appointment. Dr. at this comfort Dental Braces took a long time for the braces treatment, did not do the job correctly, and then asked for additional payments and extra charges only from retainer $300. Which is include in agreement. I never received the proper documents or receipts. The reasons for asking for more money were not convincing at all. I am very disappointed as the service was not delivered as promised. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.
I’m very grateful for this place. The staff and doctor are very efficient and kind people. This is my second time here (I know lol) but both times they’ve been amazing! :)
I normally don’t leave reviews, but this needs to be said. I would not recommend Comfort Kids at all. My experience with the current management has been very disappointing. The office manager was rude, unprofessional, and acted very immature. What really crossed the line was the language staff were cussing, which is completely unacceptable in a professional setting, especially in a place meant for kids. I come here to get my braces tighten and the service here is great, the workers here are always such in a great mood. They are always respectful!
