The overall procedure was decent. The dentist and staff were very nice. The procedure was a little painful. I had two teeth removed. The first one was a breeze. The second one was harder. It is when I got home that everything changed. When I got home I felt something wired in my mouth. A lot of blood was still flowing after 2 hours. So I went to the bathroom to check out the site. My child and I were both told that we have cavities at this practice even though that was not the case for every other practice we’ve been at. We switched and 6 months earlier and later we had no cavities at the other places. I believe this dentist is trying to charge fraudulently. My child also had anxiety with fillings and yet was still subject to one. This practice does not care about you, only how much $$$ you will bring them. I left a few years ago because I had trouble getting in for an appointment that worked with my schedule. That was a mistake. I came back today and was treated so kindly. Amazing communication, I felt heard AND, they were able to take care of the issues all in one appointment. Every person was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you to the front desk, dental techs, as well as the doctor.
I hate going to the Dentist. Comfort Dental on 87th and Antioch was very clean and the staff was Very knowledgeable. Assistant and dentist made me feel relaxed and I felt assured I was in good hands. Have appointment made for deep cleaning!
I get my braces treatment done here, Excellent crew when it comes to explaining what’s going on with your teeth. It’s very easy to set an appointment as well as communication here is excellent overall would recommend coming here if you are a new patient & looking for a place to get your braces treatment started 😊
