Love the people at this place of dentistry. Wholesome environment. People there really care about others! I even got my parents to switch to this location. Safe feeling and professional environment, with unmatched expertise. I recommend to anyone and also very grateful to be a client. Keep rocking it! Thank you
The receptionist on the braces side was very rude and unprofessional. I understand the dental office is trying to make some adjustments due to the sudden death of the Dentist but she was very rude telling me I have an outstanding balance of $700 which I’ve never missed an payment . When asked to check my payment history she wanted to go back and forth because she couldn’t answer my concerns it became a huge argument. Terrible customer service
The staff is very Nice and considerate and they don't get t upset on you ask questions. But the dental assistant and the dentist were absolutely amazing. They explained everything that was going to happen. They were very patient and like the staff they had no problem answering any questions a concerns that you had. The overall experience was really amazing and I would refer anyone to Comfort Dental.
They have been ghosting me for 2 weeks. I paid a lot of money for a crown that they have, and two weeks ago the lady on the phone said that they can't transfer it to another Comfort. I swallowed the temp a MONTH ago since they only stay on so long, and they'd been moving my appointment forward in bad faith every week, with them KNOWING their dentist isn't going to be available but not telling us customers. They weren't very friendly. Didn't really say much to me just going through the motions. The Watkins guy said two words and then bounced. They told me what I had to do which was get a root canal and to called them when it's done. Well...I've been calling and calling with no response. So I've decided not to even waste my time and see if I can find a different dentistry that will actually respond.
