My child and I were both told that we have cavities at this practice even though that was not the case for every other practice we’ve been at. We switched and 6 months earlier and later we had no cavities at the other places. I believe this dentist is trying to charge fraudulently. My child also had anxiety with fillings and yet was still subject to one. This practice does not care about you, only how much $$$ you will bring them. I wish I could reach out to the owner or any leadership level to let them know my issues. They rescheduled my dad’s appointment more than 4 times due to different issues plus they’re not answering their phone or answering any basic questions. Finally, I had to come in person and saw that all the respected customer service team members are busy talking with each other and that’s why you guys are not receiveing any response because they are very BUSY. Paid for a root canal (500$) then a day before my appointment for my crown they called and canceled. I waited a few weeks for them to call and reschedule but they never called me back. When I call them they don’t answer. I left a voicemail and have heard nothing back. Did I really pay 500$ for unfinished dental work? Find a more reliable dentist if you can! My dental appointment has now been rescheduled 3 times. I have ti call them back and give them yet another date to come it, making me take off work as they do not have a late afternoon appointment within the next month no matter what day I choose. This us extremely disappointing as I really like CONFORT DENTAL. I have no idea when I can now get in for my teeth cleaning. I feel I will be forced to choose another Dentist as they can't fit me in..I am very disappointed.
We paid for costs upfront of what was supposed to be 492.50 for top immediate dentures , then 862.50 for the extractions on the top only. The dentist was to remove the teeth when the dentures came in , not only did the dentures take TWO months to come in , once they did the office didn't contact us only to find out the dentist took a mental health leave.
