Everyone at this office is amazing!! My daughter and I love them all! Starting from the front office staff always being so welcoming to the assistants helping us the whole way and most of all the doctor! Always making us feel like family. Never was too busy to ask us how we were doing. I wish them all continued success, peace and joy because that’s exactly what they brought us. Much love and respect to all!

We had heard a ton of good things about Comfort Dental Braces. However, the expense for braces, for two kids, well...that was a big financial decision! Had to be done though. Both of our kids had several teeth that were going to be major problems if not taken care of now. We did speak with two other orthodontic practices prior to meeting with Comfort. First, I want to say that my son is NOT a patient here. However, we realized today he was out of rubber bands for his braces and the practice we go to was closed today (a Friday). My husband went to Comfort and explained and asked if he could buy some rubber bands. Even though he offered to pay, they gave us two bags with no charge. If this is how they treat non-customers, they are a fantastic business and have great customer service.

I just had my braces removed after 20 months. Dr.Chien and her staff are a delight to work with. I would recommend this orthodontist office to anyone who is considering braces or aligners.

I come here for all of my dental needs. The staff is friendly and have always been helpful. I like the hours and that they're open on the weekends. Typically the evenings and weekends are booked for a month or more out. So be warned. They always give the pros and cons of each option and give you a choice rather than just tell you what they're going to do. They scheduled me in suddenly one time when a temporary crown came off.
