Janet at the front desk was amazing with dealing with patients. You can tell she's good at her job and cares about her space. I saw Dr.Weir and he was thoughtful and efficient as always. Jocelyn was my dental assistant and she did a great job at making me feel relaxed with small talk and making sure I was comfortable. She made the visit go by very fast and full of laughter.
Very good visit. After check in I was seen within minutes. The staff were friendly, comforting and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. The Dr. was thorough and caring, explaining my options and procedures going forward. Five stars all the way around. Great Staff!!
Highly recommend! From the moment you walk in you are greeted and taken care of in a friendly, professional manner. I was promptly seen and taken care of by Kristy, who with 27+ years of experience, I knew I was in great hands. Went for a check on a procedure. Showed up 10 minutes early, waited an extra 25 minutes. Not completely unusual. Then get done and say I’d like a standard cleaning before I go on vacation in a couple weeks. Doc is like, we can do it now or just schedule. I say, well I have commitments right after, can I do it next week, he says not a problem. Go to schedule, girl at the counter says it will be a month out at least. Dr Budge is the best! He is gentle, patient, and informative when you ask questions. Although there are many times that I get called back for my appointment late, the staff is friendly and the dental hygienists are thorough. I have been coming to this team for my dental needs every 6 months for about 10 years and I would not consider going anywhere else.
