I've been a patient of Dr. Weir for a long time, but bc of other health issues hadn't been there for 3 years. I fit right back in. “Comfort” is a huge lie. If you expect to have some relief and get some sleep after having teeth extracted go elsewhere. Doctor was rough on my gums as well during extraction. I will be cancelling any further work (about 20,000$ almost worth) with this place. If you’re a MAT patient they WILL discriminate against you and just let you sit in pain for however long it will take be. They will call in your prescription and then swap it when you go to pick up. had a wonderful experience with Dr. Johnson and the entire team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The dentist explained every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. The office was clean and organized, and I received exceptional care. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dentist.
I am beyond disgusted by this dental practice. Becky, the dental assistant who did my fillings, was the only kind person I interacted with, so if anyone deserves praise, it’s her! I went in on Tuesday morning for an emergency dental appointment. They did the exam, and we came up with a plan on how to proceed with my dental pain along with other treatment plans. I had an emergency to go in for and everyone got me in really easily super professional. There was no judgment on how Many problems I have with my teeth. I was in a lot of pain and they listen to me and explained what our next steps were. I would highly highly recommend this Office. Everyone was smiling and happy.
