The first girl who initially welcomed me in when I first got the braces(I just never saw her again much after that), the Dr, and dental staff were very nice and provided excellent work. You should really teach your front desk girls, specifically the ones who worked on 1.14.25 in the morning, some basic customer service. When people walk in a clinic, you shouldn't be giggling and gossiping with the other works and look back at the client and ignore them.. Their customer service at the front desk is terrible! Even when you’re being respectful, the front desk employees, especially the females have a major attitude. Always provide incorrect information or even make up information on “policies” that are not true. They make scheduling so complicated and try to act like they are above the orthodontist position to state when and when you cannot be seen. If I could I would post a 0 star, the front desk doesn’t know what they are doing. They schedule at a certain time but don’t let you know it will take, they aren’t even willing to schedule you in just to get a retainer. My two daughters have been their patients for many years and the front desk has always been uncoordinated and extremely rude. However, the doctor is very nice. We are never going back to that office again, and we would always pay upfront but somehow we were treated like that.

Simply amazing doctor and team. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had the best experience one could have with having braces. I so appreciate all of the care and attention to detail.

I live on the other side of town and although it’s a drive this office atmosphere makes it worth it! It’s been 4 days and I already see lots of changes all thanks to Dr Stasi, for making me feel excited about this process ! Also wanna give a shout out to Jacky for explaining to me how to take good care of my teeth and making me feel confident about the process!
