We just moved here and needed a dentist, due to an aching tooth, and Comfort Dental was across the street. I am so happy with them. It was VERY easy to get an appointment. They are up to date with the latest cleaning technology...nice not to have my teeth scraped anymore. Dr. Kacey Crossfield and Fanny were so nice. Dr. Crossfield was very knowledgeable and helped figure out the underlying problem and come up with a plan to address. I highly recommend Comfort Dental in Silverthorne!!
Went in for a cleaning and was treated with great care. Dr. Emily was informative and kind, and helped me feel at ease. Stephanie was very gentle with my teeth cleaning and helped make me feel more relaxed than I have ever experienced at a dentist! Cassie at the front was incredibly helpful too with explaining different costs and what my future visits would look like. Thank you all for making something I was dreading into a good experience!
Excellent dental staff and regular cleaning. Scheduling and checkin were not well managed. “New” person did not give me paperwork to fill out when I arrived, so I waited for 30 minutes (observing 2 clinical staff go out for coffee 10 mins after my scheduled appt) then went back to counter; another person said “oh I’m sorry, you just have to fill this in, we’ll get it in computer, and send you right back.” Sent back 1 minute later. This was the most interesting and terrible experience at a dental clinic that I have ever had. I made my apt. It was a struggle to find my insurance, because they weren't looking in the right portal. Which wasn't entirely their fault, but after about 3 phone calls we figured it out. Great! Then I got a call a day before my appointment, again, saying that they can't find my active insurance. Dr Rowan is old school with great bedside manor, always answers your questions and does a detailed and thorough exam every time I've ever seen him. They also offer you all kinds of alternatives to watch your pocketbook when you have various procedures that you need to have done
