You responded that it's not your job to do your job. This is not something that will be tolerated especially when none of my other providers are having an issue. You need to fix the issue in your billing department. I made it very clear that it was important to check with my insurance before scheduling a visit. I have unfortunately had to use 3 different dentist in Summit for tooth extractions and Comfort Dental was by far the best in the county---it was simply night and day better than the others. Got me in immediately, they were quick, super nice and my dentist was extremely gentle and highly skilled. I don't normally do reviews but this was an awesome experience for dental care. Doctor Emily was amazing, great bedside manner, she pleasantly gave me two options for my tooth ache. Cody took my 20000 X-rays is zero time and with out much discomfort, the actual number was 10. Keily was most helpful is booking my next appointment and my referral. These ladies made my dreadful dental visit, a delightful dental visit, highly recommended!!!!!

On a vacation trip I had a crown fall off. Out of the 6 dentist offices I called between Breck and Silverthorne Comfort Dental was the only one who saw me on such short notice. I was in and out so I could get back to my family and everyone was very nice and professional. I am so appreciative of them!

Called first thing when they opened at 7:30am for an emergency abscess in my tooth. They got me in at 8am. Emily was such a sweetheart and explained everything with ease. She gave me everything i needed for the next steps to resolve this issue. Truly amazed with the customer service and care the entire team has given. I will be returning for regular service once I get this abscess taken care of. Thank you team!
