I called around on Friday morning in acute pain hoping to find a provider that accepted my insurance,and they got me in the same day — that alone would have been enough. But what followed genuinely impressed me. Dr. Isaac didn't walk in with formalities. Taryn did an absolutely excellent job. You can tell she is very knowledgeable, competent, and truly cares about her work- I can't recommend her enough! Everyone else, including the dentists and reception have been great, too.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of patient care and communication at this office. I had a root canal on tooth #14 last Friday, and by Sunday morning, I was in severe pain with swelling spreading to my jaw. I called the emergency line and left a detailed voicemail, but I never received a callback. It is now Monday night, and despite the office being open all day, no one has reached out to check on my condition or provide a necessary prescription for antibiotics. I've rated this as 5 before no problems a little confusing that there is only 2 reviews they must be resetting every year now or something. Great dentist tho I drive from CO Springs just to get work done. The Dr's are great attentive and keep track of stuff you have said and what they have done. The assistants are knowledgeable and well guided. Billing is always up front. The front desk always smiling and helpful.

I was seen by Titi and Dr. Murray Jacobs today for an extraction. While I’m really nervous about being at the dentist, Titi put me right at ease. Her personality and conversation set the stage for such a pleasant experience as we talked about our pets and her kids, and oh the stories! I really needed that extra personal touch. Dr. Jacobs was extremely friendly, polite, professional and explained everything to me without judgement, and put my needs first and foremost. Thank you so very much. Lisa
