Taryn did an absolutely excellent job. You can tell she is very knowledgeable, competent, and truly cares about her work- I can't recommend her enough! Everyone else, including the dentists and reception have been great, too.
I called around on Friday morning in acute pain hoping to find a provider that accepted my insurance,and they got me in the same day — that alone would have been enough. But what followed genuinely impressed me. Dr. Isaac didn't walk in with formalities. He introduced himself simply by his name, showing now hierarchy, and got straight to the point, and quickly identified that the pain was actually coming from my jaw rather than the tooth itself — something that wasn't obvious even to me. Ended up having to have a tooth extracted due to this dentist. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but definitely caused me some issues!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of patient care and communication at this office. I had a root canal on tooth #14 last Friday, and by Sunday morning, I was in severe pain with swelling spreading to my jaw. I called the emergency line and left a detailed voicemail, but I never received a callback. It is now Monday night, and despite the office being open all day, no one has reached out to check on my condition or provide a necessary prescription for antibiotics.
