I'm conflicted about my experience at Comfort Dental because it felt rushed. On one hand, I appreciate I didn't have to wait long and I was in and out within an hour. This rarely happens at dental offices. On the other hand, it felt pretty rushed to the point of feeling impersonal. There was very little conversation or even eye contact. It felt like their job was to get me out as fast as possible so they could see the next patient, but at the cost of making me feel like I wasn't even welcome there. Very clean modern facility with state of art equipment. Staff and Dentist very professional and friendly. Enjoyed Comfort Dental for many years, and can tell this new Comfort Dental office will be attended by me many more. I highly recommend.
I used to dread going to the dentist, but my experience at this place was truly remarkable. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. DR Matt was absolutely fantastic. DR Matt took the time to address all my questions and explained my options thoroughly. He was so humble and kind. Thank you for creating such a comfortable and positive environment. I no longer have any fears about visiting the dentist!
This place will rush so fast. They messed up my fillings so bad yesterday I had to come back and have them redone. Then they rushed again and fixed the pain but I still cannot floss without snapping floss. I told them this in the chair and they just gave up shaping the filling after 2 or 3 attempts. I will never set foot in a comfort dental again as long as I live. The filling feels rough, like sandpaper rough, I told them I wasn't right and they told me to just come back if there were problems. There are different Comfort Dentals throughout the cities that I have gone to with no satisfaction, but the facility that is located in Aurora,CO on Colfax St, is wonderful. They take the time to understand you issues comming in and do there best to address them. Best one yet for me.
