Im so happy and feel relief. The staff was super nice. Dr. Crane made me feel comfortable and helped me with my painfull situation.. after dealing with affordable dental denver east.. I must say that I was extremely unhappy there.. so im glad I made a switch to comfort dental.
From start to finish everyone was amazing. The receptionist was so patient and kind , I started crying because I'm terrified of dentists but I was in so much pain. The assistant was absolutely amazing, instead of doing individual X-rays she set up the machine that does the whole face at once as she saw I was completely anxious and in an enormous amount of pain... They over booked their appointment. I went in lady who help was nice but never informed us that they were behind. After 45 minutes waiting I asked how much longer and was told 5-10 minutes more. I also asked why the long wait. I was told they didn't have the room in back for us. I then waited another 15 minutes before someone came out to call us. This guy's was beyond rude. Doctor Crane is one of my favorite people! I'm glad I can still see him as a dentist. He always makes me feel like he actually cares about how I fix my teeth and how I spend my money towards fixing my teeth. He Gives me real advice and options. You can tell Doctor Crane, genuinely cares about his patients!
This place will rush so fast. They messed up my fillings so bad yesterday I had to come back and have them redone. Then they rushed again and fixed the pain but I still cannot floss without snapping floss. I told them this in the chair and they just gave up shaping the filling after 2 or 3 attempts. I will never set foot in a comfort dental again as long as I live. The filling feels rough, like sandpaper rough, I told them I wasn't right and they told me to just come back if there were problems.
