Service was extremely fast and the dentist was very nice. The reason as to why I’m giving them two stars is because the dental assistant (Eli I believe) seemed to be in a hurry. He ended up giving my cheek a weird chemical burn and cut my tongue during the procedure.
I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a dentist’s office, but I leave reviews when I have an exceptionally good experience (or bad, depending on the circumstances). Everyone who works here is very nice, genuinely kind, great customer service skills, professional, informative. The service is effective and the whole process and establishment felt and looked clean. I love how late they’re open. Its so helpful for me. It’s always hit and miss with places that accept Medicaid and this was a very good experience.
These folks are simply amazing. I'm in my mid-60s, and have had more than my fair share of dental work over the years. I cannot say enough good things about this practice, this office, and the staff at this location in particular. Very communicative, extremely compassionate, prompt and professional at every level, with every interaction. If it sounds like I'm raving, I totally am, and ain't ashamed of it!
The dentist-side of the practice is fine. I want to make that abundantly clear. The office is why I’m leaving this poor review and taking my business elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment at 8am for last Wednesday. The office staff didn’t show up until past 8:15. I asked for gross charge and patient responsibility broken out and to call to schedule me once I could see everything. They never call me or email me anything. Absolutely adore Dr. Palmer and all of the dental assistants who’ve helped me so far! He listens, doesn’t jump to the worse case (like crowns), and helps me find affordable options to issues like grinding my teeth. I’ve shopped around for a dentist I like that takes Medicaid and this particular Comfort Dentist is the bees knees. Highly recommend!
