Beware: They took a nice little chunk out of the very top of one my bottom teeth when cleaning. I was not given a mirror after, or I would have said something prior to leaving. I am really pissed that now I have to get it filed down or filled in due to their aggressive cleaning. They should have a qualified hygienist performing this work not some random office staff. I should not have a snagged tooth from a cleaning!
This was the bessssst Dental experience I've had in my entire life!!!! My teeth look amazing and so white and beautiful thanks to (Char) i'm sorry I'm not good with names and if that's not you, but I am thinking of the tech with dark black hair whose been doing this for 30 years, she is absolutely wonderful at her job and was so gentle during x-rays. I was nervous about coming here just because it's the dentist 😬. I never had any dental problems until I got pregnant with my son 19 years ago. The last 5 years had been horrible. Over the years my teeth had cracked and broken off or were just pieces causes gum issues. I was embarrassed. Dr. Palmer and the staff here were so kind and patient with me. Very grateful for the supportive and knowledgable staff. They are very kind and patient with the care they provided. Receptionist has been exceptional in helping us coordinate with insurance and a grant for payment. I also wanted to thank Ms Angelica for such a thorough cleaning and all the tips she gave me to maintain healthy teeth. Will be returning for routine dental needs.
