I had the opposite reaction to the review by Linnea. I have seen Dr. O'Connor over the last three years for preventive care, cleaning, repairing filings, etc. I found her gentle, attentive and professional. I have a friend and his wife who do not have insurance. I told them about her care and that the rates are so reasonable. They were impressed and are still clients of Dr. O'Connor.
