Top Notch service! I was super sensitive in having crown work done and Dr Young was amazing in handling that! Kudos to his assistants Marisol and Adriana they did a great job in making me feel comfortable being there for the first time and taken care of. No Pain! was so happy about that! highly recommend compared to the other dentists I have experienced these guys are super flexible in their hours working on Saturdays and all the way till 7:00 p.m. and very professional. thank you Comfort Dental on Irving!
Worst customer service. Been there twice and the times my daughter and I have been there the front office staff didn’t acknowledge us, just stared not even a hello or welcome. But the 3 people that came walking in she was happy to help. Hate to say but must of been an ethnicity situation. But for the most part back staff are always friendly. Front staff need to do better.
Yesterday was my first time in the office. I called on Friday the 28th of December and they got me in on Saturday. Great staff. I feel very positive going forward with my care plan. Thanks Dr Bo and your lovely assistant.
I love this dentistry! I initially picked it because I lived near by. I recently moved, now it is a 30 minute drive, but it is worth it!! Dr. Lighthall is so kind & listens to my concerns. Hygienists & receptionists are always super nice and helpful.
I am very happy with the care I receive at Comfort Dental. The office is clean, organized and welcoming. The dentists and assistants are friendly and informative. I feel my dental needs are well taken care of.
