Dr. Bo and staff at Comfort Dental Cottonwood are beyond amazing. I've had nothing but positive experiences every time I visit. Dr. Bo treats his patients and staff with respect and kindness, which in my experience with dentists, is hard to find. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants are top notch. The wait time to be seen at this office was pretty lengthy, especially for being a first-time patient. Waited almost 20 minutes past my appointment time after showing up 15 minutes early. Then I was taken to a table and waited another 5 to 10 minutes to see the Provider. Before service was provided, I was not given a statement of estimated cost so I had to ask. I am really glad I chose this office for a Dentist. First off, the front desk receptionist was friendly and respectful and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable every time I go in. I seen Dr Young, and he is awesome. He is an awesome dentist. He made sure I understood all my options and was fast. I highly recommend this office if youre looking for a Dentist. Oh another thing about this place is they are open on Sarurday and Evenings.

The dentist and dental hygienist were great! I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of the staff member in billing. There was a problem with my insurance. I called back and left a message. The problem I had was the staff member told me that they don't check their messages. Why have a voicemail stating to leave a message if the messages aren't checked? That doesn't make sense to me. Good visit other than that.

I really love comfort Dental Dr Young is very nice and cares about you. He makes you feel comfortable and really wants to help without judgment. The only negative side to Comfort Dental is that doctors jump from patient to patient leaving you waiting. Example I had a root canal and two crowns. After root canal Dr left and did work on two other patients then came back to me had to inject more numbing medication then left do another 0ne to two patients and so on…. But am willing to accept that because I like comfort dental... read more
