I was referred to Comfort Dental from a client of this practice. I was hopeful, however did not set my expectations very high due to my experience with another practice (with a similar name). I have had the same fantastic dentist & insurance in another state forever. The wait for an appointment was not long, the facility is clean and the reception & front staff were welcoming. Dr. Bo and staff at Comfort Dental Cottonwood are beyond amazing. I've had nothing but positive experiences every time I visit. Dr. Bo treats his patients and staff with respect and kindness, which in my experience with dentists, is hard to find. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants are top notch. The dentist and dental hygienist were great! I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of the staff member in billing. There was a problem with my insurance. I called back and left a message. The problem I had was the staff member told me that they don't check their messages. Why have a voicemail stating to leave a message if the messages aren't checked? That doesn't make sense to me. Good visit other than that.
Dr. Young was very nice and pleasant. He was gentle when cleaning my teeth. The techs were very nice and didn't hurt me when taking Xrays and polishing my teeth. Overall it was a good experience.
Dr.Lighthall and his team are amazing !! Always so welcoming and friendly. I have always left the them feeling better . The wait is maybe 10 min at the most . Business feels like it is run very well. Super organized, thorough and clean . Those is the location to visit !!
