My doctor has been absolutely wonderful. He’s personal, remembers me and he goes the extra mile for me. His Dental Assistant was top notch. She had a gentle touch on my teeth and a friendly disposition.
I been coming to this location for a while. My visit i had yesterday was terrible. The gentleman that helped me with my insurance was not helpful. I told him I was missed informed about the cost of my treatment. He told me twice that he would talk to the Dr and never did. The next thing was that everyone is usually happy and they greet you. My doctor was ok her assistant was very rude. I probably won't go back.
I’ve been going to Dr Jefferies for about 4 years now! I was recommended this Comfort Dental by a coworker and I’ve been coming ever since! I recently moved toward south Lakewood and I still commute to this office when I’m due! This last visit I was taken care of by Katelyn (apologies if misspelling), along with Dr J. She was so nice and cool- definitely memorable, and would loveee to have her as my hygienist again! :) It was a great experience!
The dentist who worked on me was fantastic! I had a problem of food continuously getting stuck in one tooth. Turns out it was the tooth in front of it causing the issue. The dentist knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem. I am very happy and thankful, especially because I didn't think his suggestion was going to fix the problem. They definitely know what they are doing here!
The staff was friendly and Dr was very informative. i was disappointed when i got to pharmacy yhe Dr did not call in prescription so i had to leave. i even called the office and asked they call it in. several hours later the pharmacy had to call them because they knew i was coming back after work. I had to make two trips and two phone calls had to be made to get prescription and my 87 year old mom was in pain and she had to wait until after 6pm to start meds since they were not called in.please call in prescriptions right ... read more
