I was at comfort dental yesterday for my appointment. My dentist is Dr. Jeffries. Him and his assistant. took very well care of me. They have always treated me like family and I have used Dr. Jeffrey, for several years and comfort dental and my family have been useing them also i know for sure I will be going back. Thank you, comfort, dental and staff.
Just came home from a great visit at Comfort Dental! Dr. Unrath and his assistant Annette were professional and FAST! My cleaning appointment took less than an hour. A bicycle crash when I was seven left me without front teeth. As a result, since then I've been to a LOT of dentists a LOT of times. So I'm used to 'em. Dentists simply don't bother me. I have gone to this dentist for a while and seen Dr. Martinez. Unfortunately, I had to walk out today. My appointment was at 8:30. I got there at 8:20. I continued waiting until 940. The two ladies who got there after me were seen before me. I feel disrespected by the staff there and unfortunately don’t know if I will be returning due to the lack of scheduling. I waited in the lobby for almost 30 mins, then another 30 to see the dentist. Although I like her demeanor and care from last year's deep cleaning, this time was sloppy w the X-rays and water down my neck several times. The assistant didn't clear my mouth enough and I almost choked twice. It was not my best cleaning and I was late to work due to waiting on them. Not sure I'll be returning. Very disappointed.
I am totally happy with the outcome of my first appointment! The Dr was extremely nice and compassionate! We set up a plan to have my smile back on time for my daughter’s wedding! Thanks to the staff and Dr I’m so pleased with entire visit! Thanks you
