I really enjoy the atmosphere and people. The office is clean and the people are very friendly. They take care me since i have vertigo. They listen to me, and Dr.Decker is awesome.😎
I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience. The dentists and assistants here are incredibly polite and professional—no complaints at all about the care I’ve received. However, every time I’ve visited, the same Native lady at the front desk has been extremely rude—not just to me, but to other patients as well. It’s honestly baffling. As someone who works in customer service, I have to ask: how does someone with such a poor attitude still have this job?
These guys are amazing! I went in to this office in some pretty bad shape. They immediately took care of the pain and then carefully laid out a plan that fit my schedule. Three root canals, 3 crowns, a couple of fillings, and 1 cleaning later and I feel great once again. Thank you to Dr. Decker, many dental assistants, and the ladies up front for all the hard work. I had a crown fall off and Dr Crandall replaced it. I was having a lot of tooth pain and he made sure it was right. He even called to check on me and make sure I was doing better. I’m so grateful there are dentists that still actually care about the patient. Thanks Dr Crandall!
Shame on you comfort dental. Your staff is not friendly. I had to cancel to get my permanent crown placed due to lack of child care. I was told to come in as a walk in instead of rescheduling so I have come three times now and have yet to be seen. This last time I came in the staff said they couldn’t help me, they were so rude and said they were closed the time they told me to walk in. They said to walk in again next week. I live an hour away.
