This has been the absolute WORST customer service experience I have EVER encountered. First, I will say that Dr. Lee did great work on my husband. But the issues that came afterwards with the billing department and the rest of the non clinical staff has been awful. They had my husband pay an outrageous amount up front for two visits and the work he had done, after insurance went through and we got the bills WE were owed almost $200.
