After a very negative experience at the Comfort Dental off of Coal Mine, I had the exact opposite happen here. Dr. Hazen was caring, thoughtful, and gentle. She made sure to explain everything she was doing in detail and hustled through the uncomfortable parts. Her assistant, Natalie, was just as awesome & displayed these same qualities. Such friendly and caring staff. I made small talk to everyone and everyone was so kind and excited to chat, which was pleasant to be around. The dental hygienist was gentle and responsive to my feedback. Just a surprisingly pleasant visit, that makes it seem their staff enjoy what they do.
I got an excellent service and job well done. For the procedure that I had done I was expecting to be in a lot of pain but thank God that it isn’t so at all. Thanks to my doctor who pay a lot of attention to how I was feeling and did everything he could to alleviate pains, fear and anxiety. Thanks to his assistant who explained everything to me in detail and even the front desk staffs that helped me understand the financial situation also. I used to love this place when I was getting seen by Dr. Oliver. Lately its some guy that pops around to 4-5 patients at a time so its been a lot of waiting in the chair. Not to mention no one can pick up the phone when you been trying for over an hour, just to cancel your appointment. Ya, officially looking for a new dental place.
Amy Hazen, wow. She really is the best dentist I've ever had in my entire life. She is so sweet, understanding. She has 12 years of experience. She knows exactly what she's doing. Do you need a root canal? She was able to numb me up enough that I felt NOTHING at all. Her team is very experienced. You are doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else
