Kinda frustrating when your hours are listed until 1:30 on saturdays and you guys just decided not to take calls after 1:00. The fact you guys just decide to shove people to a answering machine 30 minutes before you close so you can rush out of there is extremely disrespectful. Change your hours to 1:00 not 1:30 if you cant even show you patrons basic respect, even if it is for the last 30 minutes. Shouldn't matter if its 2-hours or 30 minutes before closing. I always had a good experience here and would see Dr. Jason Gleave for my exams. I used to live in Michigan where the options for dentists who take Medicaid were horrible, so this dental office was so much better than some of the places I've had to endure. I had two fillings done during one of my early visits and Dr. Gleave numbed the area so well that I didn't even notice he had done the shots and process went so much better than the other places I've gotten fillings at. Went here before, no problems. Got new insurance and called to confirm if they take my new plan. Lady seemed helpful at 1st, getting my policy info, checking and at that time confirming my coverage. Came in for my appt mid afternoon and was then told after waiting all day and missing opportunities for appointments elsewhere (had a painful loose tooth and couldnt eat for days prior), I was told that they in fact did not take my Insurance. I’m writing to share a concern about my daughter's recent visit to this office. During her appointment, the way she was spoken to at the end ,felt dismissive and harsh, not considering that people do have anxiety over getting teeth pulled, which left her feeling embarrassed and anxious. My third time going into comfort dental. (The pandemic talked in my last dentist moving away.) The crew is busy and efficient, and for a new customer i was surprised at how on top of insurance processing they were. Dr. Hashke is good natured, down to earth, and good at what he does. For someone who doesn't much care for visiting the dentist, they have done a good job. I definitely recommend.
