Mister Dr. Fillmore was lovely today! This was my first dentist appointment in 8-10 years. I obviously have sensitive teeth, and everyone was so gentle! Dr. Fillmore was so personable and empathetic, and he answered my many questions with grace! It was a great experience, and I’m no longer nervous at all for my subsequent appointments. :)
I hate going to the dentist, hadn't gone in 15 years, they took great care of me, got it over with quick. Didn't have to wait in the waiting room more than 5 min. I feel so much better. Fillings were perfectly shaped and my bite feels exactly the same. Medicaid covered me as they should have, considering... I was informed the whole way through and dignified throughout.
Horrible experience. I provided insight into my situation in which I needed x-rays, cleanings, procedures, etc. to be completed by the end of the month and if not, no big deal... I would just work with another practice and see who could accommodate my request. But instead I was reassured that, "Absolutely we can accomdoate that for you, no problem!". Having just moved to Fort Collins a year ago I needed to find a new dentist after being with my old one for 30 years. Dr. Jason was a good find he was very nice and made me feel at ease. I am very happy with my new dentist and their staff.
Went to this place to initially get just a cleaning because I go every 5-6 months. The dentist tells me I need 4 new fillings. So I schedule a cleaning and fillings the same day. I cancel the fillings because I’m skeptical and just do the cleaning. GLAD I DID. The cleaning was 10 minutes max (5 minutes scraping with the dentist and 5 minutes polishing/flossing with an assistant).
