Great experience! I saw Dr. Kenny Lim and I highly recommend him. He is kind, thorough, and he was good at explaining what exactly was going on with my teeth. I’m already referring him to other people. Also, the customer service was terrific, the entire staff were kind and helpful, and they are remodeling inside and it is looking really good in there.
My experience here at Comfort Dental has been the complete opposite of what I experienced at another dental office I visited here in Frisco. (I wrote a review about my horrifying experience there.) Dr. Talbot has been so gracious and understanding of my fear of dentists. He took the time to listen to me, and I didn't feel judged. Dr. Talbot is great and so is his team! Everyone was so kind and friendly from checking in to payment and leaving. They are thorough but quick! You can tell that Dr. Talbot and his team are passionate about their work, teaching and learning! He constantly made sure I felt comfortable during my procedure. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Talbot is incredibly thorough, he is patient, and very skilled. He took the time to walk me through everything with clarity and compassion. I’ve had dental anxiety for years, and this was the most at ease I’ve felt in the chair. (The chairs are also comfortable) I’m genuinely grateful to have found a dentist I trust.
