We had a wonderful experience bringing my 16-year-old son in for his dental appointment. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and made the visit easy and stress-free. The dentist was kind, professional, and took the time to make my son feel comfortable while explaining everything clearly. It was such a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. We’re very happy with the care we received and would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dental team!
I first decided to try this dental office because their extended evening hours are incredibly convenient. I started with a cleaning and had such a positive experience that I returned today for two fillings. Both visits were excellent. A+++++. This was the hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. I chose this office randomly as my dental insurance changed and my previous dentist wasn’t covered. Turned out to be a blessing! The staff is insanely kind, they were fast and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extra procedures. The exam and cleaning were gentle and Dr. Alex was really kind and made sure I was comfortable. I already recommended them to my spouse and sister. I’m actually looking forward to my next exam and cleaning!
My experience with Comfort Dental and Dr. McLeod has been so positive. The staff has always been kind and caring each time I visit. I feel like I have finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable going to, after many negative experiences with other dentist practices. Dr. McLeod is friendly, understanding and really listens to my concerns. I also really appreciate how upfront they are about pricing and offering different options. My crown got broken and my primary dentist quoted me over 5,000 dollars after insurance payment to get the teeth out. A friend recommended Comfort dental. I was a bit worried about the level of care when Dr Li told me it was only 500 dollars after insurance . And I also have lots of anxiety about dental services. I was amazed at the service provided.
