Terrible customer service, one of the dental assistant was rude, the dentist who pulled my tooth was kinda rude, my daughter son was suppose to get braces, told her Medicaid approved it, they cancelled first appointment 3 hours prior, second appointment had her sign contract and then turned around and said there was a mix up and Medicaid didn't approve of it,.. I'm not sure how the rest of the comfort dentels are but the one in Grandview are rude and have no compassion for anyone
