5 Star To This Wonderful Place I Recommend Highly ( These People Under the Reviews Are A Joke) Not Only Do They Care For Your Oral Care They Care How You Feel. Love The Assistants They Know How To Communicate With Doctors Very Well ( Dr Andrey & Sutherland) They Don’t Have HYGIENIST !! But They Sure Have Wonderful Staff !
The staff were very professional and kind, but this was the worst routine cleaning & exam I've had in my life. In and out in 12 minutes. The "hygienist" either didn't know how to scale tartar, or their policy dictated that the dentist did it... why? Isn't that the hygienist's job? As for the exam, it was nothing but a cursory glance. My teeth don't feel clean, and I feel like the Dentist doesn't care about my oral health. Not going back.
I absolutely highly recommend Andrey Kondratenko and his team do to my personal experience. The staff in the office are so very nice and friend. Thanks to Andrey for advising me to make an appointment with my Doctor. I was bleeding more then I should have. So I did the doctor had blood work to see what was going on. The blood work shows that I'm Vitamin D deficiency. I already knew I had a Fatty Liver but it is not getting better. So know I need to get more test done. I would give them a zero if there was a zero. I am really disappointed in this place I don’t know how they are still in business. I went for an appointment because I had a really painful tooth ache and they said that I did not have any cavities that I only have swollen gums. And they didn’t do anything they just sent me home. I just recently went to another dentist they told me I have 7 cavities and I might have gum disease. That I have to do laser therapy. I went here a few years ago because my insurance changed and they did my X-rays. The dentist came in, before even examining my mouth, and told me that I had 10 cavities! I am religious about using my waterpik flosser daily and haven’t had a cavity for over 15 years. They didn’t even clean my teeth, just told me that it would take multiple appointments to fill the cavities, then sent me to their scheduler. Went to another dentist, didn’t tell them why I switched.
