I have been going to Comfort Dental Green Valley Ranch for several years now. I do routine cleanings, as well as having done Invisalign with them and every time I leave their office I always feel like my teeth are brand new. The entire staff is wonderful, and they take very good care of me as a patient and are great about helping me keep my teeth and gums healthy at a very reasonable cost. I’ve been a patient in this location for 2 years now without problem but last visit was a nightmare. They had me waiting for half an hour only for me to have a basic cleaning procedure. In the past I used to love this location specially for how attentive Dr. Helen and her team were. This time Doctor was okay, though he wasn’t very interested in providing thorough feedback. BEWARE!! I have been coming here since this office opened. In the past year I have paid more than $1500 — not including the available amount of $1500 from my insurance (since July) on things other than what I actually needed. I was making payments on what I thought was towards a permanent bridge just to find out it was for a whole bunch of other root canals and crowns that I didn’t ask for. The worst experience. They were upset when I couldn't control my numb tongue. Water went everywhere, my face and body was soaked, I was choking and panicking, The dentist didn't consent me for the right procedure. DO NOT GO HERE WITH DR. Brian Severan. STAY AWAY.

As always, the staff was professional and on-point. They always do a good job and do it with care and confidence. No crowd today. Appointments were on point and everything went smoothly. Clean and presentable place. My wife and I both had our teeth cleaned this afternoon.
