I tried for 2-3 weeks to get an appointment but couldn't get confirmation. I was told they do reminders. Today i called to see when my appointment was and at first she couldn't find an appointment for me. After waiting quite a while she said it was in 8 minutes. I asked to talk to the office manager and she wasn't helpful. She said, "didn't you write it down?" She seemed oblivioius and not nice or helpful. I hung up on her.
