What a wonderful dental office! The entire staff is awesome - from the front desk reception to the back office staff and doctor - perfect in every way. I am so happy that my wife and I are patients here. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly staff - ten stars instead of five in this review!
I had partially knocked out a tooth. When I called, they answered promptly and were able to get me in immediately. As soon as I finish the paperwork they put me in the exam room. Within 5 minutes the doctor had my tooth taken care of. Everything was taken care is within 10 minutes of my arrival. I couldn't even get a hold of the other dentist I I'd been seeing.
Jack dealt with my nervous husband and put him at easy when fixing a cracked molar and replacing with crown. Everything was explained clearly and Jack took his time to listen to our concerns. He gave us some choices on how to proceed. The cost after insurance was reasonable as several years ago we had had a significantly different experience with another dentist. He is definitely returning for aftercare with Jack.
Dr. Kidd is always amazing. She takes care of me and has made it easy for me. I have a ton of dental work needed, but she never is overwhelmed. She is always kind, caring and has made me feel comfortable. She is the absolute best!! Thank you!
Post long coma/Covid patient. Very bad ptsd, severe anxiety/insomnia. Fear of dentists on top of all that. BUT, Jack and staff were great, made me feel safe and I look forward now to return appointments knowing I’ll be safe and ok in their kind hands. Thank you Jack and staff.
