Better than Scarlett Dental. Had to switch up from Scarlett Dental. Too many mistakes at Scarlet Dental. My 17 year old had a crown put on. When they did the temporary crown and it came off in less than an hour, we dismissed it at "well it is only temporary", but a week later when they got the permanent crown and put it on, it fell off in less than a week. Other than this major incident, all of my kids have had at least one of their feelings if not more come out in less than 6 months of being filled. I don't have proof but I... read more
I absolutely love love love coming to Comfort Dental Lancaster! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Jill at the front desk is the sweetest and got me all set up to go. I was then assisted by Abby, Bailey, and Jayden, they were all amazing, so sweet, and truly made the experience enjoyable. I'm like most people...I get a little anxious going to the dentist. I've been through several over the years, trying to find that "right" one. I've found that in Comfort Dental. They explain everything, let you make all the decisions concerning your care,they make sure you're never in pain and treat you with such kindness. I had Kennedy as the dentist's assistant, and she was absolutely wonderful. She definitely knew her stuff and made sure my bite was exactly right before I left. AND they take my insurance! I came in without an appointment for a filling that fell out, they were truly amazing! I was able to be seen and they fixed me up real quick! Lexi who did the actually filling is a perfectionist and with it being a front tooth I honestly couldn’t be any happier with the results! The whole team was nothing but welcoming and great all around!
I have been to Comfort Dental in Lancaster several times. I had a crown put on in the past that went well. My last visit was on December 5th. This was for a tooth extraction. My appointment time was 5:00. I got a voice mail asking me if I could go in at 2:00 I didn’t get off work until 3 so I didn’t call back. A little while later I got another voicemail so I called to tell them I couldn’t go in at 2 but I could 3:30. That we’re happy.
