Better than Scarlett Dental. Had to switch up from Scarlett Dental. Too many mistakes at Scarlet Dental. My 17 year old had a crown put on. When they did the temporary crown and it came off in less than an hour, we dismissed it at "well it is only temporary", but a week later when they got the permanent crown and put it on, it fell off in less than a week. Took my son here for his first check up and cleaning and Hollie did AMAZING with him from showing him all the instruments and how they work and making him feel so comfortable he wasn’t scared at all and enjoyed his whole experience ❤️
I recently came in for a soft reline for my dentures and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The person assisting me mentioned that they were still in training, which I tried to be understanding about, but the overall process felt rushed. I was asked to come in earlier than my scheduled time, yet I still waited 10–15 minutes past the requested arrival, which made the request unnecessary. Hollie is an absolutely amazing young lady. I am extremely excited About my temporary tooth that she did, she did an amazing job and Abby and trinity was very kind and gentle getting me ready. Also Dr.Merchant is the best!
