Better than Scarlett Dental. Had to switch up from Scarlett Dental. Too many mistakes at Scarlet Dental. My 17 year old had a crown put on. When they did the temporary crown and it came off in less than an hour, we dismissed it at "well it is only temporary", but a week later when they got the permanent crown and put it on, it fell off in less than a week. Other than this major incident, all of my kids have had at least one of their feelings if not more come out in less than 6 months of being filled. I don't have proof but I... read more
Highly recommend! I had an amazing experience at this office! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. A special shout-out to Shelby, who truly went above and beyond. She made sure I was comfortable during my fillings, checked on me constantly, and made the whole process so much easier. I really appreciated her kindness and attention. Highly recommend this office!
I absolutely love love love coming to Comfort Dental Lancaster! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Honestly they were great, they put my anxiety first and let me bring in headphone to help chill during it all I had to get every single one of my molars done with 2 different appointments and I had Heidi and Abby, they was really cool and friendly and did great! Also went in for another appointment and kelsey and Trinity did amazing!!
Everyone here is very friendly, and they are very conscious of insurance coverages ensuring our peace of mind! They are also extremely gentile and caring! I've been coming here for 5 yrs., and an implant specialist has currently joined their staff. He can check bone structure after one of your regular appointments! I'm possibly interested in receiving an implant, and he checked my insurance coverage right after I was originally there for my 6 month check-up!
