Better than Scarlett Dental. Had to switch up from Scarlett Dental. Too many mistakes at Scarlet Dental. My 17 year old had a crown put on. When they did the temporary crown and it came off in less than an hour, we dismissed it at "well it is only temporary", but a week later when they got the permanent crown and put it on, it fell off in less than a week. All staff were welcoming with smiles and approachability. Treated everyone with dignity and respect. My daughter was a new patient and I have been here before. I mentioned I had concerning pain where my old root canal was and was having major surgery in a week. They quickly offered to see me at the same time as my daughter. X-rayed and confirmed my 22 year old root canal had failed and had an abscess infection and wrote me an antibiotic, discussed treatment options/referrals. So kind and thorough. I absolutely love love love coming to Comfort Dental Lancaster! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. Jill at the front desk is the sweetest and got me all set up to go. I was then assisted by Abby, Bailey, and Jayden, they were all amazing, so sweet, and truly made the experience enjoyable. Took my son here for his first check up and cleaning and Hollie did AMAZING with him from showing him all the instruments and how they work and making him feel so comfortable he wasn’t scared at all and enjoyed his whole experience ❤️

Everyone here is very friendly, and they are very conscious of insurance coverages ensuring our peace of mind! They are also extremely gentile and caring! I've been coming here for 5 yrs., and an implant specialist has currently joined their staff. He can check bone structure after one of your regular appointments! I'm possibly interested in receiving an implant, and he checked my insurance coverage right after I was originally there for my 6 month check-up!
