Although the dentistry is pretty good with Dr. SPIEGEL that receptionist named Sam or Savannah is the worst! Anytime I call in to set up an appointment she finds some way to be aggressive and confrontational. If your voice is too loud for her, if you ask any questions she doesnt like, she ll claim that you are yelling at her and she ll hang up. There countless messups when scheduling a followup I desperately need my teeth to be totally fixed. There were two times when I called and they didn't have anything for me scheduled!?????
