Worst customer service ever!!!! When I try to ask questions I was told I was being rude. Rude because they weren't explaining things correctly? Don't call me rude. I have every right to ask questions if you're not explaining things properly then you better f****** figure out how to do your job better. I've been doing customer service since 1976 and never have I experienced in my life the 2000 customer service people that don't know how to f****** treat people.
