Dr Flores is an expert Doctor. I was afraid going to do the procedure. But he made me comfortable. I didn't realize the work was done. It was quick and easy for him. My husband also share the same about Dr. Flores. The young man who helped Dr Flores is also an excellent person. The girl who helped me with the xrays also a very helpful person. Overall it was a positive experience.
I can't recommend this office enough! I made an appointment for an extraction and they were able to see me and complete the procedure the very same day, all within about two hours. Everyone was kind courteous and incredibly comforting. I have a lot of anxiety about dental work but they took the time to answer all of my questions and ease my concerns. Went in for tooth pain. Dental assistant took my X-rays. Waited in the exam room for about 40 minutes to an hour (they were busy which is understandable) Doctor never examined me though but I guess he just saw the X-rays and gave me a treatment plan for extraction. He didn’t examine me or speak to me about it. The dental assistant went over the treatment plan and it wasn’t even well explained. My experience at Comfort Dental in Mesquite smooth sailing from the moment I walked through the door. The receptionist and staff as well as the doctor was incredibly nice and gentle with the procedure done today. Thanks Comfort Dental for taking care of my smile 😃
My experience was very much satisfied. Everyone’s was very. Very nice and professional. I was in so much pain and afraid and crying Dr Flores talk to me about my X-ray and let me know he was going to take of me and he did. And I will be going back so they can help me take care of my teethes.
