Comfort Dental was recommended to me, had a bad experience with another provider. Did not disappoint. Staff are attentive and caring. Dr is kind and very thorough. Genuine understanding of my concerns from everyone. Treated with respect and professionalism. We have a plan, and I'm all in with Comfort Dental Montrose.
I had a problem tooth that clearly was a challenge for Dr. Olsen to fix. It took several visits. His patience and determination to get it right was comforting. His staff equally cared about making sure my dental issue was corrected. Dr. Olsen really cares about his patients. An easy referral to recommend.
Highly recommend that you get a 2nd opinion before letting these guys drill into your teeth. They were about to do fillings for me today based on someone else’s x rays and only caught it because I asked them to take new X-rays and check it. This seems like an absolutely unacceptable type of mistake. I am deeply concerned about their chart management and attention to detail. Advocate for yourself and do not be afraid to question them.
Left really sad. :( finally able to afford some insurance and I got to have my teeth cleaned for the first time in 2 years... took 5 minutes and they don't feel clean at all. They say I have no cavities but I really think that's wrong... gave them an entire list of symptoms and I don't feel like they were addressed well... I didnt feel comfortable speaking up because the guy that cleaned my teeth just seemed annoyed to be there. Now I can't go anywhere else and use my insurance for 6 months... I've been coming to this place for 2 years now, and both times they have been great about getting me in for an annual exam in a timely fashion, but every visit just feels so impersonal. Very rushy, no overview of xrays taken, cleaning must have been the quickest cleaning I have ever had, just doesn't feel very thorough, I've been here twice like I said and didn't leave a review last time because I figured maybe it was an off day, but no 2 times In a row it's been the same thing.
