I had a temporary crown placed today. The dentist, Dr. Kaiser and the dental assistant, Rilee were great! Even the girl that checked me in and out for my appointment was so sweet. I think she was Savannah. I was pretty apprehensive and was reassured throughout the procedure, with a step by step account of what they what they were doing. . We even had some laughs. If I could give this joke of an office 0 stars I would. My daughter has dental anxiety. Which makes things difficult. However, the “dentist” who wishes he was a real doctor had 0 compassion. 0 professionalism. This was my final straw. I personally have had two root canals preformed at this office. Everytime they’ve done one, my tooth has called out with in 6 months after. Avoid this establishment at all cost.

(Long negative reveiw, but will save you pain/suffering and humiliation) I went in on Oct 7th for a cavity to be worked on. The next day my tooth was in severe pain and I was miserable. I contacted the office to get back in and see what was going on. At that appointment I was told by a new dentist my tooth was cracked and that my options were to remove the tooth or get a crown, but the crown would not be covered and would have to be out of pocket. Everyone at Comfort Dental has been friendly so far. I’ve only seen, Dr. Samuel Olsen and he is super nice, he does an amazing job and explains everything; definitely makes going to the dentist easy. The title of the office fits perfect, Comfort Dental, I definitely felt comfortable and was very pleased with my dental work. :) This is definitely my dentist And I’m glad I chose this office instead of anybody else ! This review is coming from someone who used to visit the dentist twice a year. I had the same dentist for close to 20 years prior to moving here. I have at least 2 issues with this dentist and this practice. First, the dentist has zero personality or desire to connect with a new patient! Secondly, He came in, looked at the X-rays and immediately went into upselling everything he could see that he felt needed immediate attention (regardless of the fact that I had no actual pain in my mouth.
