I just saw Dr. Flores and staff today. From the second I called, they were warm and friendly which was needed as I was frantic about an old resin filling breaking off of my front tooth the night before. I had an amazing experience as a new patient at Comfort Dental! From the moment my sister and I walked in, we were treated with kindness and professionalism by Chelsea and Adam. Veronica and Ally were fantastic dental assistants—so friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Flores and his team are great. They are efficient, friendly, accommodating, and patient. Does going to the dentist suck? Yes. But this team makes it as painless as possible. They're thorough, explain everything along the way, provide you with options (treatment and payment), and they listen to your questions/concerns. Highly recommend!
Comfort Dental was 10/10 amazing. The lobby is clean and comfortable, with bright and cheery front desk attendants. The office space and dental bays were clean and uncluttered but not overly cold or sterile. They have nice sunlight coming in through big windows, with a privacy screen, so you don't feel like you're enclosed in a back closet but in a modern and hygienic space. I absolutely love the ENTIRE Comfort Dental team. I have major dental anxiety and Dr. Flores, and his team made me feel completely at ease. Everyone in the office is always smiling and happy to see you when you walk in the door. They go out of their way to remember your name and give you the best experience. Special shout out to Adam in the front office. He makes me laugh every time I come in and is the absolute sweetest. I could not recommend this team and office enough!
