I absolutely love the ENTIRE Comfort Dental team. I have major dental anxiety and Dr. Flores, and his team made me feel completely at ease. Everyone in the office is always smiling and happy to see you when you walk in the door. They go out of their way to remember your name and give you the best experience. Special shout out to Adam in the front office. He makes me laugh every time I come in and is the absolute sweetest. I could not recommend this team and office enough!

I have avoided dentist for years. I had some facial swelling that forced me to go and face my fears. I am so glad I found Comfort dental. The name says it all! Even the office staff was nice! I saw Dr. Sousa and I was a mess but she was caring and explained everything thoroughly. She put me on a treatment plan that was surprisingly reasonable. They set me up for my next appointment and I was on my way. Thank you Comfort Dental for being kind to those of us who have had bad past experiences.

I moved and the New Braunfels location was a block away, so I thought I'd try them out. They were so unprofessional and disorganized, I'm surprised they have any clients at all. My appointment was at 8 a.m. and that's when I got there. I sat in the waiting room for 25 minutes before I was called back to a tiny office with the dentist. He started asking me a series of questions I had already answered on their new patient paperwork weeks ago when I made the appointment. Everyone at Comfort Dental is absolutely wonderful. They are all so friendly, professional and always willing to answer my questions. I especially appreciate Adam and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of! Dr. Flores is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and the level of care he provides has made going to the dentist a pleasant experience each time! I truly cannot thank Comfort Dental enough for the excellent level of care they’ve provided.

I was totally happy with this dental practice. Dr Bautista could not have been better from beginning to end. He took his time explaining and answering all questions and didn’t make me feel the least bit bad about lots of questions. From the front desk Chelsea to the assistant Coco, and also the financial girl Edith, all were super polite, caring and upbeat. Dr Bautista continually made sure I was comfortable and reassured. I’m so happy and impressed with Comfort Dental, I highly recommend! Joni Duncan
