Glad I chose this Dentist today! I was very anxious and apprehensive about seeing a new dentist as it had been years since I had been to a dentist and last experience was a bad experience all around. I started having intense pain in my tooth and I was looking for a dentist open on the weekend. I was having a lot of pain and anxiety. I called her office. They got me right in. I had a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. I actually left feeling relieved instead of nervous about going to the dentist. On top of that, you can’t beat the prices!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and super affordable dental team! Thank you to Dr.Sousa, Adam, and the receptionist!! I had such a great experience at Comfort Dental New Braunfels. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at ease. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about their patients. The dentist was wonderful and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made thoughtful recommendations for each of us. After a nightmare experience with another nearby dentist, I went to Comfort Dental for help. They were quick, informative, and they gave me an affordable new patient price on my first visit. Dr. Bautista was really helpful, and he was understanding of my phobia about dentists. I even received a call after hours because they didn't get to answer all my questions over the phone that day. When I called as a new patient needing immediate care, I was surprised to speak to a very kind lady who gave me an appointment that morning. The staff was very welcoming and mindful of my pain. Costs were discussed prior to care so I knew what would be expected. Being a long time nurse, I might be more watchful of clinic procedures than some, and i found the staff efficient, organized, competent, and (extremely importantly) communicative with each other about what was going on throughout the clinic.
